Seek the solution, not the justification
When faced with the obstacles we encounter, let us remember that complaining, discouragement, or self-pity are like drugs that create artificial consolations and worsen existing problems.
None of us has ever truly been a victim of something or someone. but we have created, more or less consciously, the situations we now find ourselves in or have experienced in the past.
Saint Bernard used to say:
"The pains I have, I have brought upon myself entirely. That is why I do not complain; instead, I strive to do my best to solve the problems I have caused".
This honest attitude allows us to face life's challenges constructively, ready to overcome them and persevering with joy as we ascend toward the radiant heights of consciousness, toward param gati, the ultimate goal.
